College neglected withhold mandatory OBRA
I recently started to work part time at a public school and they are required to withhold OBRA. I also work part time at a community college and just realized that they have not been withholding the mandatory OBRA. I do not get a printed paper copy of my earnings and deductions. This has to be accessed online and I get direct deposit. Do I have any recourse against the college thank you.
