Can you be fired over asking if 2 coworkers are dating?
I was coming in from lunch and saw the doctor and his assistant leaving in the same car to go to lunch and asked another employee if they were a couple she said no and then reported me to the manger I was then fired a week later I never brought it up after I asked if they were dating didnt really care but now I lost my job over it this cant be legal is it?
