Can two groups who work under the same employer be payed differently?
We have unit staff and officers and for unit staff anything over 40 hours in a week is overtime. For officers anything over 80 hours in two weeks is considered overtime but officers have to hit 80 hours in pay period before we are given over time. I'd this legal?
