Can sev. pay be denied if accepting poss. with co. taking over?
Take over will be in two weeks, I'm told that sev. pay will not be given to employees offered positions with the new company. I have been offered a position and have to give an answer tomorrow, is this legal to give package to some and not others since we were not fired nor did we quit the current company. I have 15 years with this company.
