Can retaliation still be considered after time limit for filing EEOC claim has passed?

I have been with the company for over 4 years, after almost 3 years I was assigned a different job at the same facility, after several months in that job I discovered that another employee with the same job as mine was receiving much more pay. When I questioned HR, I was told that I would get .05 more on the hour (no where near enough to make up the difference). Later when I mentioned that I was considering filing a claim with EEOC, I was transferred back to my previous job. My supervisor then told me that I was there for six months and after that didn't know what would happen with me (six months just happens to be the limitation on filing a claim). Since I really need my job and the insurance, I decided to ride it out. My six months was up this week and just this week I have received 3 write ups, all of which were unjustified(one was even a set-up), and had my work hours changed (being a single parent this creates hardship). I feel as if now that I can no longer file a claim with EEOC, they are basically forcing me to quit in retaliation, or at least will keep unjustly writing me up until they can fire me. I do not want to have a termination on my record. What can I do?
