Can my health insurance deny to pay for husband even though he was terminated and on long term disab
My insurance is refusing to pay for my spouse because they say he still has insurance. He is on long term disability and was terminated 2/06. His surgery was 2/23. I have insurance on him also through my employer. They told me they won't pay because he gets a disability check, and in their minds he still works there and they provide insurance, but he doesn't have insurance he is terminated. HELP
