Can my former employer use my vacation pay as sick days for being out ill
It was determined by my doctor I contracted a Super Bacterial Infection and was sent home with medications and had a fever of 102 degrees.I was out for 4 days that Saturday I was told not to come back to a position I held for 12 yrs. I had 1 weeks vacaton pay left and they told me hey are using that for the sick days. In the policy handbook it does not say they can do that. m I entitled to my position back or my vacaton pay ?
