Can my employer charge me back sick time they paid me erroneously?
I called in sick a few months back, doctors note and everything. I told payroll that I did not have any sick time remaining when they asked if I wanted to use it. They paid me for it anyways. Now they want to charge me back for it from my current wages? Is this legal?
