Can my employer change my schedule for intermittent FMLA (chronic condition)?

I have a chronic coniditon that will cause me to miss work during flare ups and I've been approved for an intermittent FMLA. I'm an hourly supervisor and my managers are trying to adjust my schedule from 7am-3:30pm to 7:30am-4pm in case I call out and the other managers/supervisors haven't arrived yet. They say it's because I'm the only opening supervisor at 7am and allows me the flexibility to call out as it related to my condition without a hardship on the department.

Is this allowed?
