Can i sue my employer, if he breached a contract, defimation, and knowingly deceiving me.
Employer coerced me to use short-term disability, knowing I didn't understand how it worked. Led me to believe it was gona help me. Then he drops the insurance without telling me he stop paying. Then for defimation, he told the insurance company that I quit my job because I couldn't make overtime anymore, I wasn't happy with financial situation. He wasn't paying me overtime. I filed a complaint with labor board,they decided, he owes me 132,hours of OT. He lied in writing.
