Can an empoyer change your work schedule when you have FMLA?
I was hired to work 6 12 hour shifts and one 8 hour shift for 80 hours a payperiod. I got FMLA after 14 months of employment. which allows use for one 12 hours of fmla a week which I do not do. Now My empoyer wants me to do 8 hour a day Is this illegal? .
