Can an employer threaten to drop health insurance over FMLA issues? My mom is getting on the heart and lung transplant list but FMLA keeps saying the paperwork is incomplete.
My mom is on disability and now on the heart and lung transplant list. FMLA keeps denying all paperwork sent in by the doctors and is threatening to drop health insurance. Can they do this?
