Can an agency withhold PTO if they only "drop it" every other week?
Hi,
Our agency is being laid off and because the PTO "drop in" happens two days after our being laid off, they are saying for the past almost two weeks we will not be getting our PTO in our PTO cash out. Isn't that time earned? Can they do this?
