Can a City Goverment pay more wages to new hires than senior employees doing the same job?
Been working for Unified Govt. as security officer for 2 1/2 years. Boss hires nephew 8 months ago at almost $1 an hour more. Hires another person 1 month ago at 30 cents more an hour. Same job/duties. non union
