Can I sue someone for a sexual assault that happened in 2002 at work? I was fired months later.
I was fired months later after I filed a sexual assault case on my assistant. Nothing was done to him, but I was targeted and was made to do things out of my job description, but i knew that they were trying to get rid of me. They had NOTHING on me, hence trying to make me quit! They sent me out on a wild goose chase to go back to work to meet with HR and my FINAL paycheck!
