Can I sue employer for not paying me what I was offered an hour when hired?

I was working for a company who emailed me an offer of $15 an hour pay that I had to agree too which I did. Then when I started working for them I was only getting paid $10 an hour. I am suppose to be laid off but I think they fired me which I haven't been told by them but I am locked out of the employee site. I was living in Oklahoma and the company is based out of Texas at the time of employment.
