My Employer claims I wasn't doing my job correctly and wants to cut my pay from 13/an hour to 9/

My employer has explained to me that I have been doing many things wrong for quit some time now, she has hired someone else as well to work in the office with me, who is i am assuming taking over what i wasnt doing properly. She wants to cut my pay from 13/an hour to 9/an hour is this possible?
