Can I file for harassment based on an employer consistently using profainity toward me?

We work in a family owned business; son & daughter-in-law. For some time now, we have been harrassed by our daughter-in-law after we had a difference of opinion. The majority of her emails all contain profanity, cussing, & derogatory remarks that are unnecessary. Now, she withholds our paychecks when she does not get what she wants. It is to the point we are at our wits end both emotionally and professionally. We are on a limited budget so money is definitely an issue. Do we have any options? PLEASE HELP!
