Can I file being an independent contractor against an employer for wrongful termination on me speaking my mind about wrong doings and sexual harassment.

Supervisor and employees sex play each other in the van with me present. Sometimes directing statements at me.

Yes an independent contractor does have rights under FEHA. Additionally, many employees are incorrectly labeled independent contractors by their employers when they really are employees. Most employment attorneys offer free consultations, you should speak to one.
