Can I collect UI from another state from contract work, but quit a local seasonal job?

Specifically, I quit my job and moved from the Midwest to Washington state, and I was not employed for about five months. Then I worked a contract job for five months based out of Colorado, made really great money and paid taxes to the state of Colorado (this state I'd like to draw unemployment). I then worked a job in my current state (seasonal position that ends the end of December), but quit after a month to search for more full-time permanent work and health benefits. Can I collect unemployment from Colorado and the contract work? Thank you.
