California Sick time company changed from calendar year to anniversary date
Hello, I live in California and last year our company gave us all of our sick time in the beginning of the year. When I was going over my time off availability I noticed it wasn't loaded. I emailed our "HR" person and per her, it's now on our anniversary date. Which means I won't have any sick time for 6 months, is this right?
