Being on call 24/7, should i be getting compensation or bonuses?

I work at an emergency flood damage company where one week per month I am required to be on call 24/7. The company does not provide a phone or a vehicle to take home for being on call. They also do not pay any kind of bonus when I do get a call, even though they charge the customer $200 + to respond to the call in the middle of the night. I worked at this companies competition previously where they paid a bonus just to be on call, a bonus for ever call responded to, provided the phone and vehicle. I assumed they did all this because it is required by law, am i wrong on this?
