Bad Check from Employer
Clark County, NV. My employer didn't pay me my final paychecks. The last paycheck was NSF. The labor board awarded me the full amount due including the NSF check. Can I ask the County DA to prosecute for the badcheck still? I've not been paid as of yet as the company is challenging the discision by the labor board in court. I was an executive with the company.
