Are commercial drivers exempt from overtime laws and where is the reference, if so?
We have commercial drivers who haul both intrastate and interstate. They carry impacted soils or hazardous soils for the most part, and clean fill materials for construction. I can't seem to find a reference that says they are exempt from overtime laws, but everyone says they are. Thank you for your time.
