He is a past President of the Eastern Pennsylvania Affiliate of the National Employment Lawyers Association, Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Solo & Small Firm Section, and Past Chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Labor & Employment Law Section. He has also served as Chair of the Montgomery Bar Association Employment & Labor Committee. He also chairs the Township of Lower Merion Human Relations Commission.
