ADHD diagnosis was disclosed to client jeopardizing relationship: Do I have recourse?

I disclosed my ADHD diagnosis to the General Manager to request accommodations. She informed the client: comprised of seven volunteer Board Members. On top of an egregious privacy violation, I believe this fact altered their view of my performance ADHD is covered by the ADA. I continue to feel victimised and wonder if I have recourse.
