will the ri labor board help me if i live in ri but my company is based in pa. ?

i wasn't paid forthe 4th of july holiday and i was
eligable for the holiday. i was told that the labor
board was the place to take this problem. i have
tried multiple phone calls and emails to my supervisor only to be brushed off. i was afraid of
retalliation if i went to the labor board before i found another job and have found a new job. my last day
with my present company is 10/29/2010. i also have
company property to be mailed back( computer, credit
cards and a company van to be picked up by the company.) i am concerened about the company withholding my final pay or cheating me out of any
pay owed to me. i have a family and after being
treated this way over what i first assumed was an
honest mistake on their part i am now worried. if
you could point me in the right direction i would
greatly appreciate it. thank you very much for any
advice
