what legal action do i have if I have not been treated like 310 of my other co workers
we started a shift bid on performance this year and I was unable to enter my choices for 138 shifts as 310 other pivot agents were able to, i brought up concern with my manager who forwarded a list to our traffic control team, they stated they will assign me a shift based on my ranking, well since i was unable to enter they assigned a later shift then someone who was ranked behind me who is starting 3 hrs before me. I brought up with management and they say they will look into it but tct manager is on vacation, if they do not grant me same shift or earlier shift than person who ranked behind me what i my recourse of action????
