what are your suggestions on what I should do...

I was on FMLA several reasons, spouse medical situation, birth of a daughter and personal mental health, I was suggested by management to take some time off to reconnect with my self since I was not performing up to standards, I spoke to my supervisor regarding my mental health 2 months earlier and we tried to come up with a plan in order to help me complete my responsibilities at work. My doctor approved some time off om FMLA about approaching 2 weeks I call my supervisor to ask something she texts me back saying HR has been trying to get ahold of you, I respond with I just spoke with her yesterday did say anything important but i will call her. I call HR no answer leave a msg i get a call back and am told im being laid off, that she will see if there is any type of pay they can give me since I was laid off with no notice, and been out of work for 2 weeks with out pay, days later she says theres nothing can be done that i have to turn in my things. I turned in my things on monday I ask is there anything i need to sign Management says o yes here sign this and here is a letter of termination, I asked for explimation I was told well there were some changes and you were one of the ones that was laid off, said anything else response was no. I said wow, thank you....
