my employer at lucy's diner in booneville ar. has started a no smoking policy at work that the only result of an infraction is termination, no write up, no suspension. he used to allow smoking in the designated area but no more. this seems to be discriminating against smokers. i have tried many sites to find specifics on arkansas state laws and come up short of the term ''we're screwed'' could you give me some advice. also the employer will not allow us to clock out to take a break. it just seems like a trap
