severance pay to the ex
My husband will be receiving 42 weeks of pay in September when his employer closes the plant. Is his ex wife entitled to receive any of this money if she tried to come after him? They have been divorced for 10 years and have twins boy that are 12. He pays child support weekly, carries the medical insurance on the boys and has 2 life insurance policies for them.
