my job is on the line because I do not want to partake in unethical behavior.

This is Retaliation for "squealing" on the GM(and other employees) for Theft, harrassement(1,2,3), nepotism, Majority of unethical behavior. Current GM was promoted, from Bartender, after Termination of previous GM. This being his first "real job" his understanding of Labor laws and what-not , are "fuzzy" to say-the-least or as he has pointed out "knee-jerk reactions". Regardless, One employee was terminated (after investigation). The GM was set to be terminated, however, talked his way out of it after a 2 day suspension. Its been touch and go, with me, for months(Meaning, based on my stellar clean slate, he figured out it out that I had to be "The Rat).Seeing as though the GM lost and ally when other employee was fired and Owners knew about his "indiscretions", I never know when he is/was going to slight my shifts, yell at me in front of co-workers, ""Z" me out"during my shift (which he has a few times),etc. because everyone scatters when I walk in the room. A few months ago i was verbally attacked(and threatened)by co-worker after a he was caught stealing $100(+)(boss told me to give co-worker half the money he had to pay back because we worked the same night, I refused as we didnt even share a register and the thief should've been fired!). I filed a police report and lost a few shifts due to the fact that I felt threatened and didnt want to work with associate. Yesterday, I was asked to meet with an owner of venue because he was handed a stack of "complaints" lodged against me from other employees(being of which are dis-ingenuous and unethical)regarding how they do not like working alongside me, I'm "aggressive"and they feel like they are always "being watched"by me. He did not fire me, however, he is not happy with the situation..neither am I.
Like co-workers have said to me "you're not part of the circle, you are part of the problem".
Im disgusted. sad. May lose my job. should I just give up?
Do I have any grounds for legal?
