Does my employee have to provide me with a final pay stub if i am unable to get it on-line?

We no longer recieve paper paychecks or stubs and must look at them or print them from the on-line HR site. i was terminated and do not have access to the on-line service any longer. I want to see my final pay stub - does the Company have to provide it to me? i know the amount of my deposit from my bank information, but it does not seem correct and I have no way to know what the deposit amount was based on. thanks.

It is my belief that the employer under the Ohio Minimum Wage Law has an obligation to not only maintain certain records, but also produce them in response to a written request. The provision you need refer to is Ohio Revised Code Section 4111.14(F)(3) which requires among other things that the employer keep the records needed for you to determine your pay
