my employer put me on flma while on comp to ensure i didnt get my bonus it legal??

employer put me on fmla while I on workmans comp. we get a yearly bonus every full time employees even those on maternity leave etc.,. my management put me on fmla without my consent to ensure I was inactive to revieve this bonus while we get yearly. is this legal???
