Not Ready, Willing & Able To Work

Unemployment compensation is for those who are unemployed due to no fault of their own (including incompetence, but NOT including 'wilfull misconduct') but are otherwise able to work.

If you are disabled, however, you are not ready, willing, and able to work, and thus, not eligible for UC.
