is there a statue of limitation for retaliation for pass eeoc conplaint when they give a report to new company that info even if the conplaint is years old
i filed a discrimination charge with the eeoc in 2000 but recently applyed for a job in 2014 and was denied employment four pass eeoc does that complaint resonate the old complaint?
