is it legal for my employer to use my vacation time without my permission?
the first year I worked at my job I was unaware that I had a week vacation. I found out that my boss used my vacation time to make up for times I didn't have 40 hours in a week. I also just gave my notice and she is not paying me for my two weeks vacation that I have not used. is this legal as well?
