in mn is your employer allowed to lay you off 14 days after you were in the hospital with a heart attack
I was employed at charter for 5.5 years we were told in 2017 may that we were going to be layed off on aug 26 2018 on aug 14 2018 I had a heart attack was in the hospital for 2 surgerys on the 26 I was laid off I was told this is not legal so whats the truth thank you
