I gave notice due to unsafe work enviroment. I later offered to move to another branch but was denied and sent on my way. they paid out my 2 week notice but informed me i was termed. they set my term date 2 weeks out however thus preventing me from filing for unemployment benefits and allowing them to take additional insurance deductions because it now put me into a different pay period. even though final check was handed to me at my departure
