i was hired 6 years Ago. no background check required. recieved multiple employee of the month and quarter awards and employee of the year award. the owner tells me he gets about 25 letters a year from customers saying how great it is to have me working for them. this lead to jealousies and the manager trying to find ways to fire me. so a background check was done and found a 26 year old felony conviction and fired me. other employees also have felony convictions but none of them have been background checked only me. is this not discrimination or wrongful termination.
