how does accrued vacation and sick time effect UI

I was "eliminated" as of 6/30, after 15 yrs with a non-profit prek-12 special needs educational institution. I was a salary exempt professional - my employer verbally said I was outsourced, but the doc they provided for unemployment says a reduction in workforce. My questions are:
1)does outsourced vs reduction in work force make a difference for UI benefits?
2) My final day was 6/30 and I applied for UI - and have been receiving it - I just received my last pay on 7/17 for the last 7 days of work...I was salary exempt and the pay reflects my full pay for the 2 week period plus my accrued vacation and sick time. When I report this to UI, will they suspend my UI benefits? Do I report my last pay (again) because they paid me for a full 10 days vs 7? or just the accrual vacation and sick?
3) do I need to bring to the attention of my employer that they "forgot" to prorate my pay - and therefore I owe them money back?

4)The paycheck does not break down the amount of sick vs vacation pay - it only specifies sic/vac payout - does this effect the answers to any of the above questions?
Thank You for your guidance
