I work for a sales co. The company allows and promotes state agency employees to use specified funds for one purpose to be used for other non-specified items . For example- use software funds - to purcahse non-software related items. In doing this several customers have been charged a higher price for an item- even though it is listed at a lower price within the co. . My company recently accused me of over-billing the customers. I am concerned not only that I am violating laws but that I will be blamed if they should come to light - I still work for the co. and not sure what I should do
