hello lasty june i was on salary and was accruing sick time but they took it away in mid june and i didnt get paid out for it and have not been getting sick time since then was that legal for them to take it away and not give me sick time?
i had 53 hrs of sick time on june 4th 2021 and i was on salary accruing sick time, and my company took all my sick time on the next pay period june 18th and i have not been receiving sick time since then
