harassment? victimization ?

not sure if its worth it: Im a senior (SVP) professional (male) and received an email from the CEO accusing me of lying and questioning my integrity about an email, basically sinuating a cover up which is completely not true, and then threatened me with termination (and asked for copies of email and text exchanges between myself and 2 others, one being the CIO). A few days later (during the current pandemic where we are supposed to distant, in front of many people came over gave me a hug, and started to massage my shoulders - clearly unsolicited and even though i politely struggled to move away he continued - many around me, and myself were disgusted - is this something even worth pursuing? this all happened a couple of weeks ago.
I feel my position is already threatened so thought I would check in preparation, before the inevitable happens (which it will) - thanks
