had an unemployment appeal hearing 9 weeks ago regarding my seperation of employment. the employer protest was that i voluntarily quit and was denied benifits. two shift mgrs said i quit and when i went to work the next day i was sent home and told i quit

unemployment appeal hearing regarding my job. denied unemployment because the gm said i voluntarily quit when i didn't. i went to work and was told i had to leave because the boss was told by two shift managers that i quit. when i got home the boss called me and placed me on suspension without pay and told the judge i had broken no policies. after the suspension the boss called me and accepted a resignation i never gave. i have had my hearing on march 3rd 2021 and still no answer yet. do you think this will go in my favor i never did anything wrong those two shift managers told the boss i quit but did not tell the boss that i told them i was coming to work the next day and reporting them for the meeting they had with me without the gm present. the gm said i quit yet told the judge that she came to work early the next day because my shift started at six forty five and she came early to have a conversation with me about what happened the day before. how can she say i quit yet come in early to wait for me to come to my scheduled shift she expected me to come to work and when i did she would not allow me to work and i begged for my job knowing i had done nothing wrong. she said i quit on Sunday yet waited for me to come to work the next day on Monday to talk about what happened on Sunday. I told her I never quit and that I told the shift managers I was coming to work and reporting them they told her I quit and she told unemployment that i quit which was not true
