epilepsy issue, not promoted to F/T
I work as a Millworks specialist at Home Depot P/T. Been here 11 Mo.s, had an epileptic seizure a couple months ago at work. Went to ER, etc. Being an "official Millwork Specialist" with an opening for a F/T position in this Dept., yet passed up and refused an interview for the F/T position, I believe due to epilepsy. No issues with me on Dept. equipment, no EEOC Ch 17 issues with this position. I am disgraced and want to sue. Most other employees expected me to get the F/T position, but they gave it to an untrained individual instead.
