does a non compete need to be signed by both parties to be enforceable.

I am looking for employment after having ben terminated by my employer, and I asked for a copy of the non compete. It is only signed by me is it enforceable.

The non-compete agreement does not need to be signed by the employer to be enforceable. You should, however, have counsel review the agreement to determine if there are other reasons for which it may not be enforceable.
