can my employer terminate me after signing a non compete agreement. if so, why are some reasons
i was presented today with a non compete agreement which required my signature. iam uncomfortable with signing the agreement and want to consult with a lawyer who specializes in this field. the agreement does state that i can not become employed for 2years with another competitor within a 150mile radius. i am also concerned that by not signing this agreement i may be terminated and if so am i able to apply for unemployment benefits in the state of michigan
