can a company take away accrued sick hours?
I had 240 sick hours accrued. Hadn't used any in 3 years. Without notice 120 hours disappeared. Non union associates are only supposed to have 120 hours. The cap had been 240 and except for using about 32 hours in over 7 years, it was alwaya 240.
