can I email competitors employees (directly to their work email address) with job offers from my companies email address?
i am helping my boss recruit. He wants me to send this emails. I am not sure if the corporation or myself can get in trouble for it

Risky. Florida recognizes a claim for Tortious Interference with Relationships. You may also run into problems with those employees having non-compete agreements.
